All product pricing and Gifts with Purchase on Dolce Milano may vary from other Salon locations. Given this, other Salons will not be able to price match with products found on Dolce Milano and you will be charged the price found in store at other Salon locations.

ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered including VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of this website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the color of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your personal computer equipment, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the merchandise on delivery. We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith.
All images of products on this site are purely for graphical representation only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, we accept no responsibility for inaccurate images of products or images differing from actual products received.
PLACING AN ORDER
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that a credit or debit card is required at this stage.
ORDERING ERRORS
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit order” on the final page of our ordering process.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
If an item is out of stock, the website may not let you order this item. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon payment for the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at sales@dolcemilano.com quoting your order number. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment. Please remember that once we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
PAYMENT
The price of our products is as shown on our website. The total price, including delivery, will be shown at the ‘checkout’ prior to submitting your final order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit any sum paid by you.
All our prices are in US Dollars unless the currency marker is displayed to your currency. We accept all major credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, using 128 bit SSL encryption to secure the transaction between us and the user. All data is then passed directly to the Authorize.net payment engine again using 128 Bit SSL encryption and is stored within a Barclays Group Security approved infrastructure. The card number details are never stored by Dolce Milano, Inc., providing added security.
Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to Dolce Milano, Inc., we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.
All orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. Dolce Milano Inc. reserves the right to withhold any order that has failed to be verified. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified during your payment transaction being cleared by Authorize.net and then by email.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We do not hold back orders for unavailable merchandise and we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sum paid by you.
There will be some times when your access to Dolce Milano website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements. If you find a fault, please let us know by contacting sales@dolcemilano.com
DELIVERY POLICY
Packing and Delivery charges are calculated as per your order. Enter your destination details on the cart page to calculate the charges before you checkout.
Most purchases are sent via UPS Ground although some larger orders may be sent by freight. The vast majority of our orders are normally delivered in the US within 3-5 working days, but please forgive us if there is a small delay, particularly at peak times. Order outside of the US delivered within 7-14 days depending upon destination.
Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 2 days of the date of your order but if we cannot do so we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order. If you do so we will refund or re-credit any sum paid by you. We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by any reasonable or unavoidable delay.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number MUST be obtained from Dolce Milano’s Customer Service Department prior to returning any product(s). Return Authorization will only be given for returns of full cases and unused products only. Exchanges will not be made to customer until receiving original product(s). Returns must be filed within 15 days of receiving order. Re Stocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is applied for ALL product(s) returned. Product must be shipped back prepaid to: Customer Service Department ATTN: Warehouse Manager. No credit will be issued to customer until receiving product(s) from customer.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email or post) and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products within 30 days after we have received the notice of cancellation less the cost of shipping / freight. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. We regret we cannot refund any packing and postage costs. All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way. They should be directed via the email link sales@dolcemilano.com. Please include full contact details in addition to your e-mail address together with an order number where appropriate.

COMPETITIONS
In order to be entered into any of our online competitions all entries must adhere to the house competition rules. Entries will only be accepted if the competition requirements have been filled out. Entry requirements will change depending on the competition but usually we will expect entrants to provide an answer to a question, their name, and email address. All competition entrants will automatically be added to the ilahbeautyshop.co.uk newsletter mailing list, by entering the competition all entrants agree to this and have the option of opting out via the opt-out button on the first email sent to them. Winners will be picked either according to the individual competition rules or at random. Prizes will only contain what is listed in the competition description and nothing else. In the case where beautique.com are no longer able to provide the prize, the winner will be provided with an item that matches the value of the original prize. Travel costs of prizes will only be provided if declared in the competition’s description.

Dolce Milano may withdraw any part of the website, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of California. Any contracts between you and us are concluded in English.
